Everyone responds differently to pelvic floor stimulation, so the timing of noticeable changes can vary from person to person.

A typical course consists of six 30-minute sessions, allowing you to build consistency and give your pelvic floor muscles time to respond.

Some people may notice changes during their course of treatment, while others may need more time.

Consistency matters — and your pelvic floor journey is unique to you.

No recovery period is normally required. Once your session is finished, you can get up and continue with your day.
